Versalink will only accept an exchange policy at our HQ corporate office (contact us page for Google maps and address) within 3 days after the customer receives the product.  The returning product must be in new condition and in the original packaging for a full refund.  Products that are damaged, used and worn out are not acceptable for the exchange.   An exchange with any product of equal or higher value is permitted.   Administrative charges are applicable for any exchange being done.

For the moment, we do not accept returns and offer any cash refund.
