Shopping at Versalink

1. How can I pay for my order?

Answer: We accept most credit cards (Visa, Masters, and Amex), PayPal, and most local online bank transfer payments at your convenience.

2. How do I redeem with a voucher or promotional code?

Answer: When you are on the check-out page, please enter the exact code given in the redeem voucher or code text box.

3. How do I go about with bulk order arrangements?

Answer: Bulk order arrangements of same item code with quantities above or equal to 50 units or the total order amount exceeds or is equivalent to RM10,000.00 are applicable to further discount.  Our checkout module, allows you to request for discount quote entitlements, when there is a bulk order arrangement. 

4. Can I purchase Versalink products overseas?

Answer: Yes.  Upon entering the oversees delivery address, our checkout module would need you to request for a shipping cost.  Within 48 hours, you will receive an email with the shipping quote.  If you are happy with it, you can checkout and make payment immediately.  We will send you an email to notify you the tracking shipment carrier after your order is shipped.  (Currently, we can ship to Singapore addresses only.  We do not ship to any PO box addresses)


Orders, Returns and Exchanges

1. Can I track my order?

Answer: Yes you can.  After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.  Within 72 hours, you will receive an email with an expected delivery date.  You will receive another email to notify you that the shipment is on the way and trace the shipment with the carrier.  Additionally, you can log into your Versalink Store account and check the current status of any order.  For premium orders that requires 8-10 weeks for delivery, we will respond to you when we have a confirmed shipping date.   Please feel free to contact us via email or phone +603-33926888 (Monday - Fridays 8:15am – 6:15am) if you experiencing any problem or questions and concern about an order.

2. Can I cancel or amend an order?

Answer: You can amend your order within 24 hours but we do not accept cancellation.  Please contact our customer service via email to amend an order.

3. How do I return an item?

4. I have a problem with my product, what should I do?

Answer: Please contact us directly via email



1. Do I need an account?  What are the benefits?

Answer: You are not required to create an account.  However, having an account has an advantage.  You will be able to checkout easily, retrieve you previous shopped items and even send a wishlist for an overall customized shopping experience. 

2. I forgot my account login name and password. What should I do?

Answer: The login name is your email address.  To recover your password, enter your email address and click on Forgot your password.  An email with a new password will be sent to you with instructions given.  For security sake, login with the new password given, and choose the option to change later.
